Best Spot Treatment for Acne Prone Skin

I’ve been on the hunt for a spot treatment for my adult acne prone skin for awhile now. Everyone I try is either too drying or I feel like doesn’t do much. Earlier in the month, Mario Badescu was 50% off at Ulta so I decided to check out his products. The only thing I had tried before from him were both the facial sprays – yes, anything that can be easily spritzed onto the face has me sold. I saw the Drying Lotion had amazing reviews and was on the cheaper side at $17 but after the 50% off this was under $10.

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion –

In a 1 ounce bottle, this is a little smaller than your average skin care item. With that being said you need the smallest amount of this so I think this bottle will last me a very long time. The ingredients in the bottle separate but the bottle warns you not to shake the solution. You dip a contain swab into the pink part, that sinks to the bottom, and place the product onto blemishes you have on your skin. I use this as the last part of my night time routine and then sleep with the solution on. This helps dry out blemishes to remove them from the skin but isn’t overly drying on the rest of your skin. Since this product is made with alcohol it does have a strong alcohol scent. This fades after a couple of minutes of having the product on though. I’m a huge fan of this and think it’s great for anyone who has acne prone skin. It’s a great targeted solution for troubled skin. This is a quick step to add to the end of anyone’s skin care routine.
